In French, we say "art de vivre" - the art of living. It's what guides us in the day-to-day management of our estate. All of our research is based on working with nature and following her lead. Time is important; never too early nor too late. First we look, we scrutinize, we inspect. This objective analysis combined with intuition guides us to act when necessary.

After 30 years of experience mastering vineyard management and vinification, today we direct our research toward the quality of life on the estate:

· Quality of life for the existing flora and fauna

· Quality of life for our local environment - unique in the world - and the integration of our vineyards with this special place called the Sancerrois.
