Sauvignon Blanc harvested at optimal maturity from 50 year-old vines grown in Montigny. Aged for 12 months in oak tuns. This very personal wine is simultaneously rich and nervy. With a nose as rich as the mouth, its aromatic complexity is evident.

Food Match
As an aperitif; with fish in sauce; with crustaceans (e.g., lobster); ideal with scallops; with lamb, with chicken-vol-au-vent... For something different, try with foie gras.
