During the harvest, Cécile is responsible for the vinifications. Her work is centered on the search for balance, length on the palate, concentration, expression of terroir and aging potential.

Here, the ageing of the wine is favored by the exchange of air through the stave-wood of the large oak barrels. Cécile's constant care and attention personalizes the wines.

Result: Elegant blancs, tender rouges and delicate rosés….
