By rigorously working each parcel, Henry constantly searches to preserve and improve soil quality, structure, fertility, fauna and micro-fauna by using organic fertilizer. The excellent assimilation of the fertilizer into the soil combined with mechanical hoeing results in remarkably healthy vines and the highest quality harvest.
